Get to Know Us

This organization was founded with a simple mission: to help others. During her undergraduate studies in Psychology, our founder sought a way to reach out and provide meaningful support to those in need, utilizing the knowledge she gained as a psychology student. Mental health affects everyone, and it's crucial to address it effectively. Our organization is here to be that helping hand.

In the United States, approximately 1 in 5 adults experience mental illness each year, highlighting the widespread impact of mental health issues. For young adults aged 18-25, this figure is even higher, with nearly 1 in 3 experiencing mental illness annually. Despite this, only about 45% of adults with mental illness and even fewer young adults receive treatment, underscoring the need for accessible mental health services. These statistics emphasize the critical importance of addressing mental health challenges early, as young adulthood is a pivotal period for emotional and psychological development.

Through community outreach, educational programs, and personalized support, we strive to positively impact mental health in our community. By addressing mental health proactively and compassionately, we can contribute to a healthier, more supportive society for all.

About the Founder.

As cliché as it may sound, Lily's life changed forever in middle school. She moved from a familiar city in Ohio, where she had spent her entire life, to the bustling and unfamiliar city of Atlanta. Unaccustomed to change and at an age when self-esteem is particularly fragile, she faced numerous challenges and developed significant anxiety about how others perceived her.

It was a difficult period, but with the unwavering support of her family and friends, she gradually improved. As she grew older, she discovered her true self and overcame the challenges of overthinking and anxiety.

Inspired by the help she received, Lily dedicated much of her time to volunteering, tutoring, and working with diverse groups of people. Whether it was children at her high school’s summer camps, individuals with special needs, or simply being there for anyone in need of support, she found her passion in helping others. Now in college, pursuing a degree in Psychology, she is committed to using her knowledge to make a positive impact on people’s lives. This desire to give back and support others is the driving force behind the creation of this organization.
